When will my order arrive?
Once we drop off your package at the Post Office, it is completely out of our hands. We know just as much information as you do. All of our packages have a USPS tracking number, so you can check those for an idea of when your order will arrive!
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all order $35+ on all items in our Etsy shop!
Where does my order ship from?
All items are shipped from Southern California, straight from my hands to the Post Office!
How do I submit a return?
We accept returns on most items for up to 10 days after your package is marked as delivered. To begin in the return process, contact us through Etsy with your order number, and let us know what's up! Then, we will send you a return shipping label. Pack up your order within 5 days and send it back to us, and once the package is received and we verify it's contents, we will send you a refund for the cost of the product. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund refund.
We do not accept returns on Digital or Custom items. Some other exceptions may apply.
Do you accept exchanges?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges for items. However, still contact us via our Contact Form or on Etsy and let us know what's up!
What should I do if there is an error with my order?
Great question! Human error happens, it's really a beauty. Whether you realized you clicked the wrong address at checkout or there is a mistake on my end, please contact me via Etsy or our Contact Form! This is the easiest way for me to check for your order and see what happened!
If you contact me regarding an error with your order, maybe the wrong item was sent or something came broken, please attach a photo with the items in question so I can take a peek! A picture allows me to see what I can do to improve and grow. Just an FYI, a photo is required in order for me to send you a new item or provide you with a refund.
